Nexos accounts are set up by your employer. Once the app is installed, open it and sign in with your employee id number your company registered for you. If you don't have access yet, contact your HR or people team.

On the login screen, tap “forgot password”. You'll be shown an email address to contact — send your request there and we'll help you get back into your account.

News, events and important announcements from your company all live on the home screen, newest first.

Open the payslips section to see every payslip of your own that your employer has published. Tap one to view it, then use the download or share button to save it as a PDF to your device.

Go to requests, choose the type of request you need, fill in the details and submit it. You can follow its status in the same place once it's sent.

The benefits section shows everything currently available to you, along with the details of how to use each one. Your employer keeps this list up to date, so it's worth checking back from time to time.

The content in Nexos comes directly from your employer. For anything related to your pay, your requests or the benefits you're entitled to, contact your HR or payroll team first — they can correct the information at the source.

Open the profile section, where you can deactivate your account. If you want your account and personal data deleted for good, email us at hello@takeaway-reality.com and we'll process your request.

Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Still having trouble? Email us at hello@takeaway-reality.com.
